Signal flow
XY Pad → five drag-reorderable modules → Tape Transport → Master Mix. The default movable order is EQ → CHOP → Delay → Reverb → Filter. XY remains first so the roll gesture feeds the effects chain. Tape transport and Master Mix remain last so their behavior stays predictable.
Independent module bypass
Version 1.1 gives XY Roll, EQ, CHOP, Delay, Reverb, Filter, and Tape + Master their own bypass controls. Bypass a section to compare it instantly without changing its knobs, modes, or position in the signal flow. Transitions are smoothed to avoid clicks, and effect tails are preserved so the sound is ready when the section is re-enabled. Bypass states are stored with the DAW session.
Reordering modules and Reset All
Drag a module by its numbered six-dot handle. A highlighted ghost destination shows where the module will land. Reordering changes the real audio path, not only the visual layout. RESET ALL restores every audio parameter, bypass state, and module position to the approved EQ → CHOP → Delay → Reverb → Filter workflow. It preserves the chosen skin and window size so resetting the sound does not disrupt the workspace.
XY performance pad
Hold the pad to engage the roll. Horizontal position selects 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, or 1/32. Vertical position controls pitch movement. Rise and Reverse begin enabled. The crosshair, active column, and illuminated position make the gesture visible even before the pad is engaged.
Three-band DJ EQ
Low, Mid, and High provide immediate DJ-style tonal shaping. Move the complete EQ stage earlier or later in the chain depending on whether you want it to shape the source or the processed effect.
CHOP
Depth controls the intensity and begins at 100%. Mix begins at 0% so CHOP does not change the signal until introduced. Speed begins in Free mode; switch to synchronized musical divisions when needed. Choose Sine, Triangle, or Square, with Square selected by default. Stereo adds rhythmic left/right movement. LINK connects Speed and Mix from their current positions, preserving the offset instead of forcing both controls to the same value.
Delay
Delay begins at a dotted eighth (1/8 D) and Mix begins dry. Choose straight, dotted, or triplet divisions, adjust Feedback and Tone, select Clean, Tape, or Lo-Fi character, and enable Ping Pong for stereo motion.
Reverb
Select Plate, Room, or Hall and Modern, Vintage, or Dark character. Size, Decay, and Mix cover short throws, breakdown ambience, and long transition tails. Mix begins dry.
Dual filter
Low Cut and High Cut are independent so both sides of the spectrum remain immediately available. Resonance is shared between them, and the slope button switches between 12 and 24 dB per octave.
Tape transport
Stop Time controls how long the slowdown takes. Start Time controls the pitch-accelerated return to real time. START / STOP is one performance button with distinct illuminated on and off states: press once to slow and stop, then press again to restart. This is transport-style pitch movement, not a simple volume fade.
Master Mix
The oversized Master Mix is the final global dry/wet control. At 0% you hear the untouched input; at 100% you hear the complete Mashup EFX chain. It remains last when other modules are reordered.
Automation, MIDI, resize, and recall
Supported parameters are available to the host for automation and DAW-based MIDI mapping. Resize from the lower-right corner; the interface keeps its original ratio so labels and controls do not distort or overlap. Window size, module order, controls, active modes, bypass choices, and preset selection return with the session.
