These Terms of Use govern your access to GetMyRemix and your purchase or use of tracks, memberships, plug-ins, and related services. By creating an account, completing a purchase, uploading content, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. Purchases, download history, plug-in licenses, and DJ activity are attached to your account. Do not share an account or use another person’s account without permission.

Tracks and memberships

Tracks are licensed for the promotional and performance use described on GetMyRemix. A purchase or membership download does not transfer ownership of the recording or its underlying copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share, or make the source file available to others.

Memberships are prepaid for the selected fixed term and include the stated monthly download allowance. Unused monthly downloads do not carry over unless the plan page expressly says otherwise. A membership does not create an automatic renewal unless checkout clearly identifies it as recurring before purchase.

Plug-in licenses

A plug-in purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license for the named product. The license may be activated on the number of computers shown in your account. You may deactivate an old computer from your account and use the available activation on another computer. Plug-ins may periodically contact GetMyRemix to validate the license and may include a limited offline grace period.

You may not share a license key, bypass activation, reverse engineer or redistribute a plug-in, or make an installer available to another person. Compatibility and system requirements are listed on each product page. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

DJ uploads

If you upload tracks or mixtapes, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit and distribute that content. You remain responsible for the content you upload. GetMyRemix may reject, hide, or remove content that violates rights, site rules, quality requirements, or applicable law.

Payments and digital delivery

Payments are processed by PayPal or the payment options shown at checkout. Digital products are delivered to your account after confirmed payment. Prices, offers, and availability may change before checkout. Your completed order controls the price charged.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security, automate abusive requests, misuse another user’s information, commit fraud, or use GetMyRemix in violation of law. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, licenses, payments, or the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep downloads, accounts, and activation services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated for security, reliability, compatibility, or business reasons. If a paid order is confirmed but delivery fails, contact support before submitting another payment.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetMyRemix is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated on the site. GetMyRemix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
