Plug-in Support & Licensing
Last updated: August 3, 2026
Downloads and license keys
After a completed purchase, open My Account → My plug-ins. Your installer, personal license key, update status, and activated computers are kept together there. DJ accounts can also open DJ Studio → My plug-ins.
Activation
Install the plug-in, open it in a supported DAW, and enter the license key shown in your account. The plug-in contacts GetMyRemix to validate the license and can periodically recheck it. The number of available computers is displayed beside each license.
Moving to another computer
In My plug-ins, deactivate the computer you no longer use. That frees an activation for another computer. If the old computer is unavailable or the activation list looks incorrect, contact support.
Compatibility
Check the individual product page before purchase. Current Mac releases identify whether they include AU and VST3 and whether they support Apple Silicon and Intel Mac. DAW compatibility, macOS version requirements, and any product-specific limitations are listed with the product.
Updates
When an update is published, eligible owners keep the same license key. The newest installer and release information will appear in My plug-ins. You may enable or disable update emails for each owned product.
Getting help
Email info@getmyremix.com with the product name, plug-in version, macOS version, DAW and version, plug-in format, and a short description of the problem. Never include your password. You may mask the middle of your license key when first contacting support.
