• Orders and access: purchases, memberships, downloads, license keys, plug-in activation status, and support history.
• DJ information: uploaded files, titles, artwork, metadata, sales, earnings, payout records, and publishing status.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, session cookies, security logs, and privacy-safe computer identifiers used to manage plug-in activations.
• Messages: information you submit through contact, support, or account forms.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, process and confirm purchases, deliver downloads, issue and validate plug-in licenses, manage memberships, support DJ uploads and earnings, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal and its payment services. GetMyRemix receives transaction details needed to confirm and fulfill an order but does not store your full card number. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and sessions

GetMyRemix uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, preserve your cart, protect forms, and maintain account security. We do not use those essential cookies to sell personal information.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that help host, secure, email, process payments, or operate GetMyRemix; with rights holders or authorities when legally required; or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain purchase and licensing records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Children

GetMyRemix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
