Quick Start
Start using MASHUPstop in minutes.
- Insert MASHUPstop on the audio or master channel you want to control.
- Set STOP SPEED for the desired slowdown time.
- Set START SPEED for the desired turntable-style restart time.
- Press START / STOP to perform the transition.
- Press it again to bring the virtual deck back to full speed.

STOP SPEED controls how quickly playback loses momentum.
START SPEED controls how quickly the virtual motor returns playback to full speed.
The illuminated START / STOP control provides immediate performance feedback.
Resize the lower-right corner to scale the interface proportionally without distortion.
Install or update the current release safely.
Close your audio applications before installation.
Open the signed MASHUPstop package and complete the macOS installer steps.
Audio Unit installs to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components.
VST3 installs to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3.
Reopen your host and rescan plug-ins if MASHUPstop does not appear immediately.
Activate, verify, or move your license.
Open MASHUPstop in a supported host.
Enter the license key shown in your GetMyRemix account or purchase email.
Select Activate and wait for the confirmation message.
A license supports up to two computers.
Internet access is required for first activation and periodic verification.

- Start a secure, full-featured three-day trial before purchasing.
- One installer accepts either a trial serial or a paid MASHUPstop serial.
- The timer begins only at the first successful trial activation.
- Existing paid MASHUPstop serials remain fully compatible.
- After trial expiry, processing stops safely and audio passes through unchanged until a paid serial is activated.
- Apple-signed and notarized universal AU and VST3 installer for supported Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Installation and updating
Close every DAW, install MASHUPstop 1.0.0 over the existing version, and restart the DAW so it rescans the plug-in. Existing paid activation, trial state, control settings, and saved DAW sessions remain connected.
