By installing Mashup Master, you agree to this license between you and GetMyRemix.
A valid purchase grants one user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and activate Mashup Master on up to two computers. You may use the plug-in in personal and commercial music productions without royalties owed to GetMyRemix.
You may not share, sell, sublicense, publish, or distribute your serial number or the plug-in files; bypass or interfere with activation; or reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Activation and periodic validation may send the serial number, a computer identifier, plug-in product identifier, and basic device name to GetMyRemix. Audio, sessions, and project files are not uploaded by the plug-in.
Updates and support may be provided at GetMyRemix's discretion. This license ends if you materially violate these terms. On termination, you must stop using and remove the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided “as is,” without warranties, and GetMyRemix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds are governed by the purchase terms shown by GetMyRemix and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
